Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
In order to issue a Return Authorization, all product returns must
meet Suncoast Marine Electronics return policies. Suncoast Marine
Electronics only accepts the return of products that fall within one of
these categories within Fifteen (15) DAYS from the date of Suncoast Marine Electronics invoice:
Factory Sealed (in fully resell able condition - i.e. no stickers, markings, etc.)
Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) with verification.
Provided Suncoast Marine Electronics has return rights with its manufacturers/suppliers.
Types of returns that you can request from Suncoast Marine Electronics Customer Service:
Replacement returns of products damaged on arrival (DOA)
- If you have a COD account, Suncoast Marine Electronics ships the
replacement product as soon as the damaged product is received.
Cross-Shipment returns of DOA products
- If you have a net-terms open account, Suncoast Marine Electronics
ships the replacement product immediately; you ship the damaged
product, and the packages cross in transit.
Credit returns of undamaged products
- Credit returns may be available depending on a variety of conditions.

credits your account. Custom-configured products cannot be returned for

purchase price, or the current price or the cost of goods less a 15 percent handling fee.
